- This standard specifies the product classification, technical conditions, test methods and inspection rules for two precious metal armored thermocouple cables. This standard applies to precious metal armored thermocouple cables whose thermocouple wires are platinum-rhodium 10-platinum and platinum-rhodium 13-platinum. For multi-core precious metal armored thermocouple cables, some provisions of this standard (such as dimensions) may not be applied.
