- This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements and test methods of glass rotor flowmeters. This standard also specifies the installation and use rules of flowmeters and the indication correction method when measuring single-phase, non-pulsating liquid and gas flow in closed pipelines. This standard applies to direct-reading indicating rotor flow meters composed of a cone tube and a float made of glass or other transparent materials.
