Scope

This document stipulates the terms and definitions, evaluation index system and evaluation methods for the "Leader" standard evaluation of low-voltage wires and cables (rated voltage 450/750V and below). This document is applicable to the enterprise standard level evaluation of low-voltage wires and cables (rated voltage 450/750V and below) in wires and cables.
