This document establishes the general principles for the service specifications of motor vehicle appraisal and evaluation agencies, the conditions and requirements for the employment of motor vehicle appraisal agencies, the motor vehicle appraisal and appraisal process, appraisal methods, file management, and the operation and management of motor vehicle appraisal and appraisal agencies and appraisal and appraisal personnel. This document is applicable to the management of motor vehicle appraisal and evaluation services entrusted by the client. The term "client" as mentioned in this document refers to the investigation agencies, review and prosecution agencies, trial agencies, units and individuals that handle litigation cases.
