This document stipulates the pollutant control indicators, permeable container specifications, sludge application amount and application time, sludge heavy metal residue recovery, sludge and heavy metal residue sampling methods and detection methods when sludge from urban sewage treatment plants is used for indirect agricultural use. This document applies to pollutant control and basic operating specifications when sludge from urban sewage treatment plants is indirectly used in cultivated land, gardens, and pastures.
