- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of energy-saving anti-corrosion coatings for heat exchangers with polymers as the main film-forming material. Please refer to Appendix A for coating technical specifications. This standard is applicable to protective coatings with thermal conductivity, scale inhibition, anti-corrosion and other functions on the heat transfer surfaces of various types of heat exchangers such as tube type and coil type in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, HVAC and other industries. , including primer and topcoat. The use conditions of this product can meet various acid, alkali, salt and chemical media such as oil, gas, flue gas, and sewage under the working environment with medium temperature ≤ 250°C.
