Scope

This document specifies a method for the determination of 1,2-ethylenethiourea (ETU) content in automotive materials. This document is applicable to the determination of 1,2-ethylene thiourea (ETU) content in plastics, rubber, coatings and other materials in automotive products. Materials in other products that have been verified to be suitable can also be measured with reference to this method.
