- This document stipulates the technical requirements for green prevention and control of major pests in oat fields, including variety selection, reasonable crop rotation, reasonable dense planting and timely late sowing, field management, strengthening pest monitoring, physical control, protection and utilization of natural enemies, and scientific use of drugs. This document applies to oat growing areas in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
