- This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of residual epichlorohydrin in plastics or coatings in contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination of epichlorohydrin content in plastics or coatings in contact with food. The lower limit of determination of epichlorohydrin in plastics by this method is 1 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination of epichlorohydrin in coating is 1μg/dm2.
