This document stipulates the terms and definitions, evaluation principles, evaluation index system, evaluation requirements and methods, and evaluation procedures for industrial carbon-neutral energy-saving transformers. This document is applicable to liquid-immersed distribution transformers with three-phase 10kV voltage level, non-excitation voltage regulation, rated capacity 30kVA~2500kVA and dry-type distribution transformers with rated capacity 30kVA~2500kVA, rated frequency 50Hz, voltage level 35kV~500kV , Carbon-neutral energy-saving transformer evaluation and certification work for three-phase liquid-immersed power transformers with a rated capacity of 3150kVA and above. The evaluation of carbon-neutral energy-saving equipment for other types of transformers can be implemented as a reference.
