Scope

This document specifies the relevant terms, definitions and symbols, specifications, technical requirements, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of decommissioned lithium iron phosphate batteries used in energy storage systems. This document is applicable to scenarios where decommissioned lithium iron phosphate batteries are used in an energy storage system and the backup time is not less than 2 hours.
