Scope: This standard specifies the scope of application, terms and definitions, requirements, verification methods, safety, disposal measures, emergency rescue, storage and transportation requirements of the General Technical Principles for the Use of Refrigerants (hereinafter referred to as "General Principles"). This standard applies to units engaged in the manufacturing, system installation and maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment in the Shanghai area, as well as property units involved in operation.
