Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of common freshwater fish as pollution-free food. This standard applies to grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus), herring (Mylopharyngodon piceus), silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix), bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis), dace (Cirrhinus molitorella), carp (Cyprinus carpio), crucian carp (Carassius auratus), freshwater white pomfret ( Colossoma brachypomum), Largemouth Bass (Micropterus salmoides), Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), Olea Tilapia (Oreochromis aureus) and their hybrids live fish and fresh fish. Other edible carp freshwater fish can be implemented accordingly.
