- This standard specifies the type dimensions, dimensional deviations, and geometric tolerances of rough wheels for railway locomotives, as well as the dimensions and specifications of rough wheels for guide wheels, moving wheels, slave wheels and coal water wheels applicable to various types of locomotives. This standard is applicable to rough wheels for electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, steam locomotives and tender wheels with a speed not exceeding 200km/h and an axle load not exceeding 26t.
