- This standard specifies the types, models, vehicle number coding methods and coding of railway freight cars. This standard applies to trucks owned by the Ministry of Railways and self-owned trucks owned by local, enterprise and military parties involved in the operation of railway business lines and temporary pipeline lines (hereinafter referred to as self-provided trucks).
