Scope

This standard specifies the integrity requirements and inspection and evaluation methods of hydrogen annealing furnaces. This standard is applicable to the hydrogen annealing furnace for flat shadow masks in the manufacture of 47cm color picture tubes. The annealing heat treatment equipment for flat shadow masks in the manufacture of color picture tubes of other specifications can also be implemented with reference.
