Scope

This standard specifies the test method for detecting toxic gases produced by the combustion of solid materials using gas detection tubes. The toxic gases that can be tested include HCl, HF, HCN, NOX, SO2, CO or other toxic gases recognized by internationally recognized organizations (such as Appendix 1 Table 1), applicable to interior materials of mass transit vehicles
