Scope
This standard stipulates that when the standard deviations of two independent groups are unknown, whether there is a significant difference between the average values of the two groups (either the larger or the smaller), and each group (or representative batch) The test method is based on the measured value drawn (the standard deviation of the population is unknown (Note 1), one-sided test). In addition, this test method stipulates that the two groups of samples are of equal size and the population standard deviations can be considered equal.
