Scope

This standard specifies a method for testing the setting time of hydraulic cement using a Vicat Needle. Note: The additional use of Gill's needle to test the setting time of hydraulic cement can be in accordance with CNS 785, Testing method for setting time of hydraulic cement (Gilmore's needle method).
