This document specifies a rapid detection method (digital microfluidic chip method) for six ingredients in plant protein drinks: soybeans, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds and coconut. This document is suitable for the rapid qualitative detection of the above six plant-derived ingredients in plant protein beverages. The detection limits of the six plant-derived ingredients in plant protein drinks in this document are: soybeans, walnuts, hazelnuts, and peanuts are all 0.5% (mass fraction), and almonds and coconut are all 1% (mass fraction).
