This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of trimethylglycine and its hydrochloride. This document applies to trimethylglycine and its hydrochloride products for food processing, which are synthesized through chemical reactions using chloroacetic acid, sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide, trimethylamine and hydrochloric acid as the main raw materials.
