Scope
This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) in oil products. This standard is applicable to the determination of Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni content in vegetable oil products such as peanuts, sesames, soybeans and rapeseed used to extract edible oil. The quantitative limit of this method: Pb and Cr are 0.05mg/kg; Cd is 0.005mg/kg; Ni is 0.20mg/kg.
