- This standard applies to metal mesh-entry glass and metal wire-entry glass (hereinafter referred to as mesh, wire-entry glass (1)) used in building windows. Note (1): Net-entry or wire-entry plate glass refers to plate glass in which a metal mesh or wire is sandwiched inside during roll forming.
