- This standard is applicable to primary cold-rolled tinned steel sheets and tin-plated negative sheets of low carbon steel with a nominal thickness of 0.15mm~0.60mm (hereinafter referred to as negative sheets); and secondary cooling of low carbon steel with a nominal thickness of 0.14mm~0.36mm. Rolled tinned steel sheets and negative sheets for tin plating. Remarks: 1. Formerly cold-rolled tin steel sheets and negative sheets refer to tin-plated steel sheets and untinned negative sheets that have been cold-rolled only once. 2.
