- This standard applies to whitening inhibitors for spray paint. Remarks 1: This product is a transparent, volatile liquid mixed with nitrocellulose spray paint diluent for the purpose of preventing the film from whitening when applying nitrocellulose spray paint. It has a high boiling point that can dissolve nitrocellulose. Solvent is the main raw material. Remarks 2: The units and values in {} in this standard are the International System of Units (SI).
