Scope

This standard specifies a method for measuring the water resistance and moisture resistance of adhesives (Note 1) by comparing their water resistance and moisture resistance with standard test pieces of adhesive strength prepared according to specified methods. Note 1: The adhesive referred to here includes the adhered material (substrate).
