- This standard specifies the scope of the near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry method for the determination of theanine and theobromine content in tea, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, principles, requirements, analysis steps, selection of calibration and verification sample sets, and sample reference data. Measurement, spectral data preprocessing, establishment and verification of calibration models, result expression, test reports and other requirements. This standard is suitable for the rapid determination of the content of theanine and theobromine in tea in the near-infrared spectrum region (12800cm-1 ~ 4000cm-1 or 780nm ~ 2500nm). The minimum detection amount of this method is 0.1%.
