Scope

This standard specifies a method for measuring the temperature of plastics (including molded or cast thermosetting plastics or thermoplastics) or hard rubber that undergo any deformation when subjected to any bending load when the temperature continues to rise. This method is suitable for the determination of substances that are still hard when the temperature rises to 27°C, and can be applied to molded objects with a thickness of 3 to 4.2 mm and plate-like objects with a thickness of 3 to 13 mm. but not
