Scope

Resistivity is one of the properties that governs the use of a material in thermal transfer applications. This standard contains procedures for measuring the resistance of thermoelectric materials at room temperature. When analyzing the measurement results, it is assumed that the measured material is uniform. If the material has tiny cracks or is non-uniform, this procedure is not applicable.
