Scope

This standard applies to cold-rolled and hot-rolled cylindrical compression coil springs (hereinafter referred to as springs) with uniform pitch within the height of the effective coil, used at normal room temperature, and the load acts in the axial direction. If the operating temperature is too high or too low, it should be agreed between the buyer and the seller.
