- This standard applies to impermeable protective clothing for labor hygiene (hereinafter referred to as protective clothing) worn in business premises to prevent liquid chemicals from penetrating the skin. The impermeability test recommended in this standard is not necessarily the same as the actual protective use situation, and the application of the test results is limited to the comparative evaluation of the material's permeability properties. Note: This standard adopts the International System of Units. Units and values within {} are recorded for reference only.
