Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of ethyl carbamate in beverage wines. This standard is applicable to the determination of ethyl carbamate in liquor, beer, rice wine, wine and other wines. The detection limit of this standard: When 2.0g of the sample is taken, the detection limit of ethyl carbamate content in this method is 1.0μg/kg.
