This document stipulates the requirements for harvesting specifications, sensory and physical and chemical indicators of fresh sea cucumbers traceable to Yantai, describes the corresponding test methods and inspection rules, and also provides provisions for labels, markings, packaging, transportation and temporary cultivation. This document applies to fresh sea cucumbers produced in Yantai City.
