- This standard applies to oil-based caulking materials (1) used in building joints, caulking around doors and windows, and repairing cracks (hereinafter referred to as caulking materials). Note (1): Caulking materials are divided into caulking materials for spray guns and caulking materials for scrapers. They are also divided into caulking materials for summer and winter.
