Scope
This standard stipulates that when the population standard deviation is unknown, whether there is a difference (either larger or smaller) between the population mean and the set benchmark value is measured by sampling from the population (or a fairly representative batch) The test method is based on the value (population standard deviation is unknown (Note 1), one-sided test). Note: 1. This method is applicable to items in the trial production stage, or changes in materials that may affect the characteristic values of the product batch.
