Scope

This standard is applicable to copper and copper alloy (note) rods (hereinafter referred to as rods) whose cross-sections are round, regular hexagonal, square, or rectangular (hereinafter referred to as rods) after stretching processing. Note: The copper and copper alloys mentioned in this standard do not include their copper rods. , that is, rods of C 2600, C 2700, C 2800 and other alloy materials. For the standards of brass rods, please refer to CNS 4008 Brass Rod Standards.
