Scope

This standard applies to stylus-type surface roughness testers (hereinafter referred to as testers) that can perform one or more of the following measurements. The stylus is used to record the cross-section curve, roughness curve, and centerline average roughness of the measured surface. ; Or directly represent the average roughness of the center line.
