- This standard applies to plastic skins made of soft polyvinyl chloride plastic cloth (hereinafter referred to as plastic cloth) or synthetic fiber cloth and polyvinyl chloride film (hereinafter referred to as plastic skin), welded by high frequency, or sewn and High-frequency welding raincoat (hereinafter referred to as the raincoat).
