Scope

This standard stipulates the testing method for the feed additive Roxasan in compound feeds, but does not apply to granular feeds containing hemicellulose extracts. "Reference" principle: Locke Shaosheng in the feed is extracted with 2% potassium hydrogen phosphate, the protein is precipitated using isoelectric point, and then centrifuged to remove it. The extract was treated with activated carbon at Ph12 to remove interfering gases, and then the absorbance value of roxaxan was measured with a 410nm spectrophotometer.
