- This document specifies the general regulations for on-site testing of power characteristics of tidal current energy generating devices, flow velocity measurement, output power measurement of tidal current energy generating devices and power characteristics of tidal current energy generating devices. This document is applicable to the power characteristic test of tidal current energy generation devices of grid-connected or independent power stations under real sea conditions.
