- This document stipulates the basic provisions, measurement and monitoring, energy efficiency limits and other specific requirements for the energy efficiency evaluation of centralized air-conditioning heating and cooling source systems. This document is applicable to the energy efficiency evaluation of centralized air-conditioning cold and heat source systems that adopt electric-driven refrigeration/heat pump heating methods and use water as the circulating medium, and guides the planning, design, construction, operation, and energy consumption supervision of centralized air-conditioning cold and heat source systems.
