- This standard applies to vinyl chloride resin varnish. Note: Vinyl chloride resin varnish is a liquid, transparent, volatile drying coating, using polyvinyl chloride as the main coating film forming material, and is mainly painted. This varnish can form a transparent coating film in a short time under natural drying conditions. This coating film is flame retardant and almost impermeable.
