Scope

Cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosine monophosphate in the sample were extracted with acetonitrile aqueous solution, and the fat was removed with water-saturated n-hexane. They were centrifuged, passed through a membrane, and measured using a high-performance liquid chromatograph. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified by the external standard method.
