Scope

This standard specifies a test method for determining the degree of inclusion of asphalt particles in asphalt granular mixtures. Determining the percentage of particles that are coated using various mixing times can be used to calculate the minimum mixing time required for a material with satisfactory coating strength under a set of known conditions.
