- This standard applies to components and machines that are subject to repeated impacts during transportation and use (hereinafter referred to as specimens). The impact test can be used as a design method that conforms to the structural integrity of the specimen and is a quality management method. It is basically A test in which repeated impacts of specified peak acceleration and action time standard pulse waveforms are applied to the specimen. For matters that should be specified in product specifications, please refer to Section 11.
