- This standard specifies the method for determination of total lead content in gasoline. The applicable concentration range is 0.0026 ~ 1.32g Pb∕L (equivalent to 0.101 ~ 5.0 g Pb∕US gal and 0.012 ~ 6.0 g Pb∕UK gal). This standard applies to changes in normal gasoline composition and has nothing to do with the alkyl lead type. Note: This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment. It does not cover all safety aspects of operations.
