- This standard specifies the general matters for the quantitative analysis method of using ion electrodes to measure the ion concentration of inorganic or organic substances. The ion electrode referred to in this article refers to an electrode that can produce a potential difference corresponding to the ion concentration between a specific ion sensing result and a reference electrode, but does not include electrodes for pH measurement.
