Scope

This document specifies the method for the determination of total phosphorus and total potassium in soil by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of total phosphorus and total potassium in soil. When the sampling volume is 0.2g and the fixed volume after digestion is 50mL, the method detection limits of total phosphorus and total potassium are 10mg/kg and 30mg/kg respectively, and the lower determination limits are 40mg/kg and 120mg/kg respectively.
