Taiwan Provincial Standard of the People's Republic of China
Latest
CNS 13105-1992
Scope
This standard stipulates that an infrared spectrophotometer can be used to perform measurements in the field of wave number 4000~400cm-1 wavelength (2.5~25um) (1), and the general principles of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis using infrared (2) absorption and emission. Note (1): It is better to record the wave number and wavelength together, but for the sake of simplicity, only the wave number is recorded here. (2): In a broad sense, it refers to the electromagnetic wave between visible light and microwave, but here it is defined as microwave
