- This standard applies to aluminum and aluminum alloy welded pipes (hereinafter referred to as welded pipes) manufactured by high-frequency resistance welding of aluminum and aluminum gold sheets and aluminum alloy welded sheets. It also applies to inert gas shielding of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates. Aluminum and aluminum alloy welded pipes welded by electric fox welding or welding methods with equivalent effects (hereinafter referred to as arc welded pipes).
